[Predictions] Did Oda take a break during the 2 year skip?

I only started reading One Piece during the Dressora ARC (before that I watched the anime). I was wondering, between the last pre timeskip chapter, and first post timeskip chapter, did ODA take a long break to prep for the post timeskip? Or was it still weekly?

If so, how long was the Break?

I believe the break was 4 weeks, so he might have had some extra time for little extra breaks.
