Hi in this thread I will show you how you can decide if someone is really powerful and badass.
1. When you kill 2 main character with low diff.
2. When you defeat the strongest ninjas of each 5 villages combined
3. When just your name and reputation can strike such fear in your opponents hearts, that all 5 nations needs to unite and form alliance for the first time in history.Even one chapter in manga has title "The Power in a name".
4. When you solo all 9 Bijuus with low diff.
5. When 2 Rikudo characters (RSM NAruto and Rinnegan Sasuke) attack you but you don't even bother to move .
6. When you are so skilled in CQC that someone like Sasuke with EMS precognition and sword as weapon can't do anything to you despite you being blind and weaponless.
7. When you solo entire planet with just one jutsu .
8. When you are so strong that you own creator admits he doesn't know how to kill you so you get betrayed and stabbed from behind and not defeated in real battle .
9. When you have the most badass hair.
10. When you are cut in half , bleeding from many wounds , hit by attack that almost killed you and you still laugh and enjoy in battle.
Its pretty clear Madara is the most badass and powerful character in Naruto manga.
