You also think hiding is considered not strong? Believe me, Nagato and Obito was strong even though they were in hiding. They used wise strategy not to reveal themselves. If Jigen goes out and fight, people will analyze his abilities and report it to Naruto (if they can survive). I can see that Jigen is actually smart, so he isn't someone who just go and kill people without a reason.

Jigen's character design is garbage but let's be real; he'd molest him. There's no stretch of imagination Naruto'd win. There's literally no way he can "beat" Jigen. Naruto's best showing is overshadowed by Jigen's very first showing. He can just create a Stone Wall to stop Biju Dama and Rasenshurikens, as is foreshadowed by his abilities. He can create things out of thin air. Koji's help'd ensure victory. There isn't really a need for feats when his feats do not come close to the weight Jigen's Portrayal contain's.

While I don't agree with OP if they can absorb Jutsu then Naruto loses a large part of his arsenal. And that's ignoring Jigen's possible yin yang release power. It is his son who solo's Naruto after all so anything possible.

Ps. Shit writing can make anything happen it happened in the Naruto manga and the Boruto manga is sub standard writing on steroids.

'If they can absorb justu', 'possible Yin Yang Release'. That's why it's far too early in the manga to be having this conversation when we barely even know what their abilities are. It's ridiculous that a characters has like twenty panels in the manga and people are legitimately pitting them up against established god tiers

That's just it there's nothing going on with this substandard series we know next to nothing about the characters, you're going to get ifs and buts. The fact that 20 or so manga panels led to this thread should tell you how bad it is.

Basically. The pacing, monthly release schedule and starting with an unnecessary movie rehash have dragged the manga on for so long that speculation is being used as a counter against actual feats and established abilities. Hard to believe that it's already been two years with very little progress with plot and most of the characters

That and now we have the introduction of Kara, what's their goal? Why do they exist, we know nothing I think Kodachi makes things up as he goes along and doesn't have direction. Orochimaru was introduced his goal was to acquire all knowledge and the body to do so was made pretty clear. Akatsuki are introduced their goal is to acquire tailed beasts so their purpose is established. Kara's introduced and we don't know the goal, we don't know who they are, not even they know why they do what they do (KK letting Boruto go and not retrieving the vessel) etc.

Then you have the MC in Naruto their goals are Naruto's was to get acknowledge by becoming Hokage, Sasuke's is revenge, Sakura's was initially Sasuke. In Boruto you have Sarada wants to become Hokage, Mitsuki who wants to service Boruto and have a sword fight, and Boruto = nothing decides he wants to become a ninja like Sasuke. Why? For what? Because he doesn't have a goal(purpose) and needs a goal, because he thinks it's cool?

These are just a few of the many issues around this manga and this is the best they could do in two years or around 16 chapters excluding the movie arc. What's worse is he takes a month to write the damn thing and he still doesn't know wtf he's doing. People are bound to be disgruntled with the manga and now in his attempts to speed things up he's messed it up even more.

On another note people may not have noticed but Kawaki implied others is Kara possess the Karma seal and he doesn't know all of them either. Also they share the same absorbtion function since KK saw it and recognised it as the Karma seal.

Konohamaru got almost killed by Kashin Koji's flame jutsu which is strong as Sasuke, and Konohamaru is a powerful Jonin. If Kashin Koji could beat Konohamaru, then Jigen and him can stand a chance against Naruto given the fact that Naruto hasn't battled for a long time though. I am not saying they win, but at least they can pull out a good fight.

If he has Yin Yang release of this calibre(middle panel) then yes he can. If what I we saw is true then he can create form from nothing and breathe life into it. He could techncially make anything including fuinn jutsu, prisons, power strippers or aomething along those lines. Having said that if he did he wouldn't be lurking in the shadows like he is, unless he has another reason to do so.

Now that I think about it, it seems we're getting more sub standard writing from Kodachi.

That's up for debate he could possibly create a reversering field in his space. So it's still possible for there to be the old table(outside his space) and the new one inside his space.

Although Yin Yang release seems jutsu as likely.

It would be cool if he could use Yin-yang release but as of now, it’s either only Yin release or like you said, some time-space technique.
