I'm so happy she didn't defeat Araya using CES. SP did a great job exploring her abilities other than taijutsu.

As am I, she demonstrated she's well rounded during this fight. Sarada used her intelligence and analyticial ability, thaijutsu, agility, ninjutsu, shruiken skills, and she even attempted a genjutsu.

One thing I found quite interesting was her use of the lightning ball. Istead of launch it directly at the real Araya she launched it the fake to create the impression she missed then she let it carry on and turn at the last moment just like shuriken jutsu. The misdirection and deceptive use of it didn't allow Araya to catch onto her goal. She accomplished multiple things with a singular jutsu that is the Itachi style thinking and jutsu use on display.

I was a little disappointed with the weakness they tried to give to the Sharingan. I guess some nerf is to be expected otherwise her growth would carry on unchecked.
