I agree that Adult Naruto is overrated and Hebi Sasuke along with Ems Sasuke are underrated.
Pre timeskip Sasuke was a bit overrated though

Yes. We've seen what kind of ridiculous shit Sasuke became capable of doing when his third tomoe activated, imagine what a MS does. Madara himself acknowledges that Sasuke's swift movements are due to it. MS Sasuke also had Ama at the time btw.

Sasuke says Bee was too fast, but also highlights him being linear, so easy to track after he transforms too. I say Hebi Sasuke is overrated because I feel Tsunade and Sakura wouldn't be beheaded by him like so many suggest. If Bee is that quick compared to MS Sasuke, Sakura and Tsunade shouldn't be lagging behind Hebi Sasuke to the extent people seem to think.

He unlocked Amaterasu at the end of the battle + he didnt even recovered from the fight with Itachi and took lightly Bee - Also he was fighting with 3T

Their current adult version .We saw their pathetic performance against Shin and Kinshiki and Momoshiki.
Chojuro had to save Sasuke from dying against Kinshiki and he and Kurotsuchi did better job than Sasuke against him and they even showed speed slightly below their level.
Same for Naruto with addition of Toneri fight.
Its pretty clear they no longer have half chakra Hagoromo once gave them.

If it's based on performance thus far, then you can blame the writers for nerfing and restricting the hell out of Naruto. In reality, most versions of Naruto are pretty underrated.
