Kabuto: high kage
Minato: mid kage
Hiruzen: mid kage
Tobiram: mid kage
Obito: demi god
Kakashi: mid kage
Tsunade: low kage
Orochimru: mid kage
Jiraiya: mid kage
Nagato: high kage



Boruto series...

Sarada: will be god level
Boruto: low kage lmao
Mitsuki: high kage level

Orochimaru is has mastered Sage Mode through the use of Hashi cells and is no longer affected by genjutsu. He'd still all over Itachi and Nagato, and literally no one can beat Obito if Obito just wants to leave without some plan.

Madara is the strongest Itachi just had the potential to surpass him. I'm okay with that because if Itachi was in Madara shoes he would definitely surpass Madara.

OT: I agree with most especially the new gen, however bad writing, a shit load of handouts(Boruto) and ass pulls will likely change that.

I’d say Minato and Tobirama should be high kage, all of the sannin should be at least mid-high kage, but I agree with the rest

Edit; forgot to mention the new gen. Idk about Sarada becoming god tier without EMS, but at her least she’d be high kage and if she breaks that barrier then definitely god tier and same with mitsuki, I feel like he’ll mirror her power level through the series. I don’t know anything about the karma seal or jougan but those are both otsutsuki handouts so boruto is already set up to be god tier without having to do anything

Add Sakura to a mid Tier Kage level as well. She might be even higher than this rank as seen in the Boruto manga/Gaiden but I think she is around this level.
