but in the anime he gets depressed
How will he react learning Boruto cheated, especially after promising to fight fair?
It’s a good opportunity and worth exploring to have Shikadai not like Boruto for awhile until Boruto proves his loyalty and redemption.
We haven’t seen shikadai in the manga after the exams(or anyone else lol)
So it wouldn’t contradict with anything really
but honestly I doubt SP thought that far ahead with this, or Shikadai will sweep it under the rug because bros
