Pretty much she was a nice person when it mattered to her.
Why she didn't stand up for Kushina? Because she was lazy? Afraid? It gives away a fault in her persona.
It's quite possible her personality changed through the years while she got to know love.

Because Kushina was only one capable of having the Kyuubi as jinchuriki back in the time and someone needed to take over and its not only her doing but the village, so you cant really blame her for that

And btw: there is no way Madara could've used sharingan to be physically present. He could be there by thelepathy or something like that. It would be too risky to go in person to see the seal getting weak. Hashirama and Tobirama could be there. And his plans would go down the river.

You got my point wrong. I didn't say BZ wasn't created by Kaguya. You stated that Madara could have information through him, what isn't true because he didn't "exist"to him- Madara.
And btw: you really think that Madara would risk that much, going where Hashirama could possibly be?
Maybe so. Madara could've possibly going away from the cave sometimes when he was younger to get some fresh air lol XD
