The animation that was basically aclaimed by Otakuart and the critic in general as one of the best which contributed for both episodes to get a rating of 10/10 and 9.5/10?
You don't understand. Overall their work is bad, the anime sucks and the animation doesn't even compensate that fact. It is like the budget for the anime is really low which tells a lot about the series.

Not even one Boruto clone is equal to the other. The lines weight, the spacing, the nose, even the shin length is different.

I am about to drop this filler shizzle, there is no reason to keep on watching it, not even the story is new since it is a rehash of the movie and the manga with filler additions that don't do anything special, they are irrelevant on the big scope of things.
Oh right, Boruto uses his lightning jutsu, WOW SO COOL, GREATNESS!!!! HYPE!!!!!..
How about focus on what is really important that is the delivery of a quality product?

I don't agree with the Bold because you've only bringing up a concept that don't hold much concrete to suggest that filler is even a thing. You only say its filler because you constantly brought up the manga as comparison when it's never meant to be when Kisimoto was very much involved with both manga/anime.
By this very same logic, the manga is non-canon to the movie just because some details were changed especially the ending of the movie arc . The movie novel does the same stuff.
The movie was originally the main source material but yet it's a standalone component that's bears no room for the story due to time constraints so theres bound to be changed in the anime especially when it follows the established rule since it took all the time to expand the plot.
So even when something is different, in the end, both manga and anime still managed to align with the continuity
.Both can be treated as it's own canon independently.

Gintama, Japanese Manga/Anime, grants that filler are a thing and they are used with a purpose. This Anime is full of fillers, the same way Sasuke using Universal Pull in VOTE 2 with Enton Honoikazuchi is filler also but one good damn addition. It is one of those that you want to consider canon.
SP with Boruto abuses the formula.

Not true at all the difference is extra detail doesn't change the canon movie and manga. The movie was and is the canon of Kishimoto when he handed the reigns to Kodachi his manga became the new canon. The novels you mention add extra detail and don't outright change the events of the manga so therefore wouldn't count as going against the canon and would be acceptable.
As for the confusion the author/mangaka wrote the manga so his version is the canon or how he sees the events. The extra detail provided it doesn't change the actual canon in the manga would be acceptable filler especially a novel if it's by the same author. However when the events are completely changed they fall into a new realm and are pure filler.
This is both right and wrong, it was the original source material however when Kodachi took the mantle from kishi he became the new canon. I accept he is a shit writer and hasn't got a clue what he's doing but that's a seperate issue. Anyway Kodachi wrote and adapted the story as he wanted it to go SP are changing events of even his story that's were the issues arise.
Time constraints or not you have clear actions in the manga that are canon however changing them(those specifics) is filler, adding detail or extra backstory is fine since not everything could be packed into the chapters or the movie. I don't think there's much objection to that certainly not on my part.

It's not "extra detail" it out right changed the course of the story when Momoshiki time freeze and gave Boruto the power. Kodachi doesn't the authority to the anime only the manga however Kishimoto still holds the reign to both the Anime and manga. I remember a while back, Kishimoto said that he looked closely and oversees every episode and gives approval to distribute the Episode/Chapters whenever it fits in his eyes.
Kodachi handles the story and Kishimoto is the editor of chief who oversees the manga so this isn't limited to kodachi writing when Kishimoto supervises the chapter giving some tweaks and adjustment. SP changes thing but Kishimoto still allows it.
Then I guess the movie serves as the stepping stone for the Anime to be "finalize" as the true canon since Kishimoto noted that it's bad to "limit himself" and wanted the anime to strive something even greater.

Back then, the majority of the fandom understand The whole canon vs Fillers used to be the norm of Naruto however this is not the case with Boruto when there was up-rise with both anime and manga as canon due to Kishimoto contribution to the franchise.

I don't think Kodachi has a word on what is happening. There is an interview where it is stated that Noriyuki Abe (Chief Director) decides the route the anime takes. The original script (Manga) is written by Kodachi and illustrated by Ikemoto and then we have Noriyuki Abe calling the shots of what is better for the anime.
How is this not filler?
This is not all, you know Bleach, the anime? He was the director for several OVA's and imo they are quite terrible. We have this guy that just thinks about dollars trying to get creative, he is not known for being faithful to the original scripts, on the contrary..
You need to understand that this goes beyond being an hater or a dumb discussion between canon x filler.

You're wrong, Kishi handed the authroirty over to Kodachi. Kishi was only involved confirmed in the Hyuga episodes. As for extra detail I'm referring to extra scenes such as Sarada training, Mitsuki being told to hold back or Sasuke and Naruto dialouging. Anyway Kodachi as the actual author writes his own version and can make changes to the original like the time freeze scene and the ass pull seal they're canon and in his manga. However the anime where they diverge from his manga isn't canon and is filler. Anything outside the divergence such as the extra detail I've given examples of are permissible.
Are you feeling alright Kishi doesn't have his involvement as you think. Kishi's busy writing his own new manga and I assure you if Kishi was involved we wpuld have high qaulity chapters. Even Kodachi's input in the anime is very limited SP does what it feels like in that regard.
Kodachi is the new author the stepping stone for him was the movie and he wrote from that point onwards. So whatever he writes is the canon. I've explained it before extra detail is okay outright changing things is changing the canon therefore filler. I'll only be repeating myself from this point onwards.

How is that worse than this? A still frame can be actually better than 90% of the animation SP has shown us until now.

By todays standards in animation, this is HORRIBLE! I never said Naruto didn't had bad animation in many but many episodes but Boruto has barely no excuses.. Do you even view other animes that are made in 2018? Saitama? Toji no Miko? Beatless? There are many.
The anime from my sig was made in 2014. Smh..

Kodachi is irrelevant in this matter. We're talking about Kishimoto having the right to authorize both the anime and manga. Since Kishimoto roles is to supervises and oversees the production and gives approval before every episode gets to published. Sp are responsible for the writing and how they handle the anime direction and Kishimoto basically allowed it.
Again that's irrelevant when the mangaka has no involvement to the anime. Ever since Naruto ended and the success of Boruto the Movie, Kishimoto rose to the top of the food chain. Boruto is basically following DBS footsteps in terms of how much the author having the dominance over the franchise.
No, it was only confirmed that Kishimoto had the most involvement in implementing his ideas to these particular episodes. However last time I heard, Kishimoto was still contributing to the Anime when he said that he was "VERY MUCH" involved in the anime . He even stated that he looked closely every episodes.
I don't see how that makes any differences with the Anime and Manga. Kodachi "own version" you speak of in regards to time freeze is basically strayed away from the movie plot which the same logic applies to the anime divergence to the manga. And regardless how each one differs the others, like Super it still followed the same directional plot essentially the Anime isn't detriment to the main source material.
There's no indication that Kishimoto "stopped" supervising the anime just because he's doing his own manga serialization. Some Mangaka often does two or three different projects simultaneously for example your beloved author Hiro Mashima did two weekly manga releases. Generally speaking, it doesn't really consume alot of time to supervises the anime when all is gonna takes is to look through the pre-production/Post production stage whether he likes it or not and if he doesn't like it then it only requires some minimal effort to have some tweak and adjustment.
Plus Kishimoto doing a monthly manga so that also gurantee a lot of time he can spare. If I remember correctly it was around the time after Kishimoto announces his new manga that he's was still in the production team.
It's Kishimoto decision whether he likes Kodachi work to be published and pretty much allowed the anime to change the flow of the story so as it still stands, Kishimoto still reign as the supremacy.

Like i said, there was very bad animation at times and there is no excuse for Boruto to lackluster in this department in 2018, the animation is just horrible and there we go again with you showing me more usage of closeups to hide the lazyness.. You didn't grasp what i said about depth of field, this just shows how useless this discussion is.
