I agree mitsuki is a bit too powerful, but look at the show now and compare it to then. Kids now-a-days are actually WAY taller than the kids before, have you seen boruto's height and mass? He looks like a full blown jonin even before he gets his headband, pretty sure this is just a issue of drawing and graphics though. Also boruto being able to handle such a large rasengan and actually carry it all the way to kill a literal god is complete ass pull dragon ball super kinda plot armor that makes no sense. Don't get me wrong, of course i was on the edge of my seat the entire time of that movie, ideally every episode of the anime as well because you know ya boy gotta keep up with the favorite series but still like what the hell happened with logic? I suppose you gotta blame it on the kaguya introduction, and the story of the otsutsuki. Naruto after that explanation arc kinda left no room for growth so its gotten to the point of dragon ball where goku literally has to fight gods now and anyone below that level isn't even gonna be interesting nor a match for plot or scale wise.
