Blind Madara wasnt exactly blind but had the senjutsu to power up his senses and when Sasuke died by his own sword that was 1 Rinnegan Madara so nice try

he was blind and managed take senjutsu from hashi when he was blind...then blindness + senjutsu happened..

Hashi says blind Madara is regaining his past strength or the EMS Madara he fought while alive. That also means Madara still wasn't at his original strength yet. Not just that SM Edo Hashi was low diffed in CQC by Rinne Edo Madara who was weaker than EMS Madara. It proves even in Madara's weakened state he's superior in thaijutsu and CQC otherwise he wasn't getting close enough to fill SM Hashi with rods.

Madara eyes were blind and he didn't even have weapon while Sasuke had sword and Sharingan precognition yet Madara was dodging his attack with negative difficulty, really shame for Sasuke. But in understandable Sasuke isn't weak he is just nowhere near good as Madara.

Hashi wasn't bound by rods he was impaled with rods by a weaker Madara while using SM. A living blind Madara who was still weaker than his former self proceeded to restrict SM roided up Hashi.

Madara had many abilities most aren't aware off, Madara can even make permanent SC. He did so to replace his body after using Iza to revive himself.
