Using the Rinnegan portal and using his other powers are two completely different things being expended because when he ran out of chakra to open portals to dimensions, he was still able to use Amatersu, Fire style: Fireball jutsu, and Amenotejakra on Shin

The naruto point I was trying to make is that it's not spammable, it requires every ounce of senjutsu chakra out there to use in battle even if biju powers are 100% or 50%. Think of it as Hashirama's 1,000 veritable kanon, he can only use that jutsu once.

The fan translations made it singular, it's suppose to be plural in the viz but I can't find the site for it. Anyways there's zero evidence that Sasuke can use a portal jutsu during a fight because he never used it all, but I'm not going to be crazy enough to say that he can't use a portal jutsu in a fight now, am I?

You forget that the rinnegan is ocular six path chakra doujutsu, so his levels are going to be higher than what it was prior to the progression. Before and after that Momoshiki fight that he had in total he was able to enter and leave worlds two times. And during in between those times he was fighting by using chidori and a newer version of magic garb susanoo without the single bit of fatigue in him.
So what number in mind do you think Sasuke can use the portal jutsu anyways?

Ah cmon...Naruto does not have full Kyubi Chakra the whole time til the end of Naruto Shippuden series. He only had half Power and in the end even less. I guess in Boruto timeline they both grew up in experience, intelligence skill and develope themselves to a niveau above the privious series. So yes Sasuke could use his attack once more. He knows how to do it. Just bring the beasts under control again.

Aren't both bad for Sasuke. They insinuate Naruto either remained stagnant and Sasuke trained to catch up...or Naruto greatly weakened to a level Sasuke still had to catch up to.

So, then what happens if Naruto starts training too? or recollects Bijuu Chakra, for those who thing he lost RSM.:kk:
