Facts about Naruto, ikn part 1. He was immature because of his upbringing. He didn't have any parents or knew what it meant to have them. She wasn't being mean and told no lies.

But ignore that fact that Naruto transformed into Sasuke to take advantage of Sakura and steal a kiss from her.
Thats no different than drugging a woman to take advantage of her.
