Yeah the stats are trash tbh no one should take them seriously at this point. How was Sumire holding her own against Mitsuki if according to the databook Mitsuki is LEAGUES above her?

On top of that the Nue was draining sumire's chakra she was nerfed and still fought on equal ground against Mitsuki.

The only thing that i retrieve from this is that "various things" is written somewhere. Which things? "Various things" are canon? They can't even validate things properly.

Why do they do this? Wtf.. The lack of detail in the series is even present in the databook. How can someone be happy with this? Bad things annoy me.

The logic behind this.. 123source at it again and even if it is canon, doesn't change the fact that the anime is subpar.

Tbh the only people denying Sumire and her story were Sarada fans at the beginning because the Nue was an instant win for Sumire and that made them insecure because Sarada is the "strongest new gen kunoichi" etc.

Well, it's all just opinions in the end I think. We will likely continue to get more shout outs to the anime form the manga though, since it is clear Kodachi is not shying away from doing that.

Sarada and Mitsuki are more intelligent than Sasuke by a somewhat large margin. In fact, Sasuke is in one of the lower tiers of intelligence? Book smarts or Battle smarts.. whichever it is that stat is referring to, i think its the one that makes the least sense its almost laughable.

Eh, who knows why it's vague. Maybe so people can go watch it? idk. And yeah, the manga referenced the Hidden Mist arc, and Kishimoto himself said in a TV interview before the anime started that he looked over and approved everything, though I don't know whether he meant the Nue arc alone or the whole anime. Whatever the case is, I think it's pretty obvious they are trying to intertwine the two facets of the Bolt series, unlike with Naruto where the anime stayed separate from the manga.

It is just writers damage control. They clearly show the necessity to tie lose ends at this point as a result of how they tried to do things. Using the Databook for it is a new one. Well, at least they are trying to wrap things..
