Why in the world would Kuma be weaker? His brain is a super computer made by the most advanced scientist in the entire world. If anything, he and his DF use will be more efficient now than before.
Who says that if he warps above Luffy, Luffy can't dodge it?
Luffy could but you can't be faster than warping , so unless kumas reaction speed is garbage, along with reflection powers, he would be quite difficult to harm.
And nah somehow I doubt that. Take any York for example, I could never ever see them being stronger with a computerized brain.

When he did it to Perona at TB it appears instant but then we see him do it again to the SH's and we see Luffy flying across the sky until he reaches Amazon Lily. Because we see Luffy flying over the span of a day iirc we know Kuma's movements aren't teleporting though at short distances like in battle they may as well be.
Already addressed all of this. None of this has any impact on Luffy when he reacehs the panel to fight Doffy. Not to mention you use Doflamingo using one of his own techniques to injure Luffy as Doffy getting help, exemplifying how weak your argument is.
Yet the stupid fanboy denies any of that happening :lol.
No, but Luffy rolling around on the ground like spaghetti, needing dozens of citizens to protect him from a Doffy that was able to still fight was him winning. If Luffy couldn't knock out and survive an injured Doflamingo without help, he wasn't doing that with a stronger, fully healthy Doffy 1 vs 1, and that's fact.
