Why doesn't Sakura use shurikens?

If she can punch hard, she can throw hard. It only reasons that if she flung literal metal, it's impact and speed would be next level. Let me put this in real perspective. Kunai are faster than TSBs and 8th Gate Gai. Now do you think someone can respond to one of 8th Gate Gai's attacks? maybe. ok. Now imagine something faster than that. An aerodynamic shuriken.

If Gai could bend space, Sakura could possibly pseudo-kamui snipe with shurikens given her immense strength and unrivaled speed.

think about it. do you think Lee is faster and stronger than RSM Naruto? probably no. Now it's established that RSM Naruto throws way faster than 8th Gate Gai. Now what about someone who's proven their self to be both faster and stronger than Naruto? It only makes sense to assume Sakura's shurikens may be able to rip space or at least holes in bodies without people noticing.

it's to nerf her. even the weakest of the weak genjutsu last a split second and we've seen from Shin and Kaguya what Sakura can do within a fraction of time. something no one ever mentions is that hand seals are to make sure you're putting the right amount of chakra into jutsu. Naruto's novels say he learned how to use jutsu with just the fingers on one hand and that's cool, but Sakura wouldn't need any.

As in, Sakura could spawn her medical blade while throwing a punch and all sorts of wacky stuff.

They’re awful impractical especially with the current power-scalings in the series. However, I wouldn’t mind seeing something like “Snow Cherry Blossom Jutsu” in canon that was cool and looked pretty strong.
