Shikamaru or Sakura with ninja tech

Has anyone ever thought about this?!?! ninja tech in a high iq shinobi's hands would be veri scary...even though he might be inferior to sakura in strategic planning and intelligence (lost to sakura in shogi in her novels, outsmarted by her many times etcetera) he would benefit a lot from this tech because all he has iz shadow moves...with his brain could he rival teh best ninjas if he used ninja tech!?!?
