Can Sasuke teleport anywhere in the universe?

I know he has the dimension-hopping ability that allows him to skip from dimension to dimension. However, can he place himself at any location in that dimension that he pleases? Or will it only return him to a certain point? Does that mean that when he returns to his home dimension from another one, that he can be placed anywhere in that dimension he wants? Maybe even the moon? Or only restricted to anywhere on Earth? If when he returns to his home dimension and it places him in either the same place every time, or some random place, then it must be a drag getting back home! Unless when he uses the dimension-hopping ability it brings him back to the last place he was in that dimension.

There's no limit to where he can teleport from what we've seen but on how many times he can teleport. My assumption is that it's similar to Kamui in which the user has to mark the location

Well, what you say has a possibility since we dont know how exactly it works.

And to really just imagine the place he is gonna to teleport, even when he does not know the place is hard to understand.

Maybe it is some random place when he does not know where. But if he knows then he could teleport to the exact place like in the Boruto Movie, where they teleport to the exact place with Naruto.
