To be fair, you're forgetting that Sakura said she had caught up to Naruto and Sasuke, which automatically places her at Rikudo tier and likely means she can solo both if we go by the subtle and intelligent symbolism placed in the manga by Kishi where he seems to imply that Sakura is factually at least a galaxy buster with abilities which transcend space and time when she activates Inner Sakura and amps it with Byakugo

Sakura is tough, but Lee is probably one of the worst opponents for her. She specializes in taijutsu, but Lee just straight up outclasses her in a fist fight. It would only take one hit for her to win but good luck landing that hit on Lee, especially if he opens any of the gates.
