ahhh to freak out on something so trivial. Wait till you get to only in one day.
"what should I do when pressured?" Totally up to you. Many can give you advice that has worked for them. Just take a look at Sasuke the last Uchiha's suggestion.
First thing you should ask is what do you normally do or think about when you are in your zen mode?
Imitate that. Bring yourself into that mode.
Some people meditate to balance their center. Some exhaust their body by working out and redirecting their focus on pain.
Meditation is good as you acknowledge that your center is off balance and it tends to keep you in the "now" instead of thinking about the future to which you would start an endless cycle of "if this happens, this would happen and this thing would happen due to that happening" and so on and so forth.
Many would listen and sing along, another technique that keeps you bounded to the present and not think about the future.
If you know your material well and have done your share of practices and the only thing that messes you up is your mindset, then do or keep yourself from thinking about how you may screw up.
Distract yourself. Think about other things other than the ones that make you worry and anxious. If being unprepared worries you, convince yourself that you are prepared. Do so by studying and practicing your speech. Once you've done that and you are still worried, repeat after me:
