Are RSM Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke really in another league?

Or does Tsunade just hover around RSM level? It's common belief, even from reasonable members, that Sakura hasn't shown enough to actually put her above Tsunade. But we've seen her show speed faster than the two and the reserves required to fuel Obito's search for Sasuke. Tsunade could arguably accumulate the amount of chakra Sakura displayed with far less time, but there's still nothing else she could possibly edge Sakura out in.

I say that because they actually attained RS abilities while Madara and Hashirama are only Indra and Ashura level.

If I were to put Naruto and Sasuke's level, they'd be about Hagoromo's and Hamura's when they fought their mother but below Rikudou Senin legend Hagoromo and Hamura (post Kaguya)

I mean the fact that Shin(not little Shin) nodiffed Naruto and Sasuke at the same time. Their rescue by Sakura was the second time she'd shown superior speed to the two. It's clearly not a fluke. Naruto and Sasuke are only beating Sakura in regards to techniques.

Shins only upper hand was when he momentarily caught Naruto off gaurd because they didn't know his dojutsu. Show me scans of Shin ever being comparable in head to head combat to Lord 7th and Lord Uchiha.

If you run next to Usain Bolt walking, you'll be faster than him, but that doesn' t mean your top speed > his.
