Anyways, Sasuke doesn't love Sakura as he has never said so and his actions towards her speak volumes to support that. So his heart is empty in terms of loving someone. Add in the fact that he showed up to Naruto's house thinking only Hinata is there as I already proved by manga facts, and you can draw conclusion yourself.

The love confession was nothing more than a ruse, so Naruto would step outside his infatuation with Sasuke and ruminate a little. Sakura clearly had Naruto's best interest at heart with the confession, but it backfired, because Naruto's stubbornness is just unparalleled in this series; and is often even more heightened with Sasuke in the equation of its perennial existence.

All in all, Sakura's efforts would inevitably be futile in the face of Naruto's relentless tenacity, just as Sakura's echoing words bounced back as thorns, for Naruto couldn't care less if it concerns his mission to rescue Sasuke and attain heroic status from that.

At the end of the day Sarada thought that telling Naruto she loved him and that he didn’t need for him to bring Sasuke back any longer becuase she thought it would stop naruto from going after Sasuke as a Burden she caused.
