No she doesn’t, it’s really a combination of bad writing and overzealous fans AND haters that killed her character popularity imo, especially when it comes to forums and places where people can discuss characters amongst themselves

Again this is all based on your experience in a store, which doesn’t reflect the reception of merchandise with her attached. I just posted a metric that proved that in another retail arena Sakura was outselling a lot of characters as a supportive character, hinata being one of them.

we know for a fact Sakura doesn't sell compared to people like Kakashi, Itachi, Hinata, Naruto, Sasuke and Gaara

this has been proven over and over again and why they like giving more budget in merchandise to the above then to a main protag with 600+ pages of panel time
