This. Both clans are essentially "dead." Naruto is barely Uzumaki, people seem to forget that he would've been a Namikaze but for fear that people would target him, Minato gave him the Uzumaki name. Sasuke is the only full blooded Uchiha left, Sarada is only half, and once she gets merged into the "Uzumaki" clan it will eventually be gone.

First of all, if Kishi didn't need to milk the series, Sasuke wouldn't even had married imo.

Naruto got Kurama extracted and he would be dead if it werent for Obito and Sakura in a few seconds. Kushina gave birth to Naruto, was kidnapped and was able to not only survive extraction but also trap Kurama in chains. And thats how much dilution takes place in a 50% Uzumaki. Salad the so called Uchiha is still stuck on 1T when Sasuke and Itachi were on 3T and Obito was on the MS. I personally believe if she unlocks MS, it wont be as powerful as the originals. So this discussion over names is useless. I mean if we are being technical that the names matter, the Uchiha aint dead as the Shins still exist after Salad marries BoltWhy the hell do people talk as if the Uzumaki clan isn't dead?

How does that equate to Deidara respecting the Uchiha? He just acknowledges his KKG, which Deidara himself has with his Explosion Style. Sasuke also acknowledges Kaguya's power, does that mean he respects/revers her? Use your words properly.
Also, having respect for the Sharingan doesn't mean having respect for the Uchiha. Since the former is about their power and the latter is about the Uchiha as people. As people, they fail hard. She's the most skilled 1t sharingan user the series ever had. You really think the writers will give her a 3t this early? She'll overshadow the other characters so easily. Don't jump into conclusions, we don't know how powerful she'll get in the future, but she'll eventually surpass them both at some aspects, like it or not.

Like I said before, their powers does not equate their reputation. They are lunatics, kin murderers, and war mongerers who abandon their families for years on end.
