Urashiki used a sealing tech complety different from what Momoshiiki did.

I honestly think it's a Ohtutsuki clan chakra thing that has nothing to do with the ocular powers to use it. Even Toneri was aware of what it is without the use of the Byukagan or Tenseigan.

Is Six path powers the same chakra as Ohtutsuki clan chakra powers?

Uchiha've shown thier share of time travel techniques; Itachi could manipulate time inifinitely in his dreamscape Realm, Izanagi and Izanami are indirect time techniques, could be implanted and programmed to trigger in a certain time period, Tobi has a Space-Time, etc cera.

Judging from heritage, Uchiha descending from Otsutsuki means latter has a stupendous amount of time related jutsu in thier arsenal; more powerful plus.

Tbh I don't follow Boruto that much, I just wanna know more about the Otsutsukis. Kaguya was added towards the end and now they have spun out from that and with tools and stuff.

Momoshiki's and Urashiki's techniques were clearly different. Urashiki obviously dropped some kind of box or so, while ghost Momoshiki seemed to have nothing in hand. Also, Momoshiki's technique only "froze time" for a few seconds (enough for a brief conversation), while Urashiki's seems to do so for 10,000 years. Momoshiki's can also seemingly be resisted by having the blood of a byakugan user, whereas we do not know that to be the case with Urashiki's.

You're basing that off of what exactly? Kaguya? You mean the exception to the rule? The traitor to the clan who went off and did her own thing (whose goals/character/interests don't actually reflect those of the main Otsutsuki clan at large)? Or are you perhaps referring to Momoshiki? The guy who was originally just a movie villain meant only to be a parallel to Boruto (and not to mention an exception and likely traitor in his own right)?

You people are judging the Otsutsuki negatively way too fast. You should stop judging based on the after thoughts that were Kaguya and Momoshiki, and wait until we get the actual meat of the clan. Urashiki was just our first small glance at that meat. Stop judging the wrong Otsutsukis.
