Nah not really Madara was still a beast even before EMS and if he's cloned via his body he'd naturally have rokudo chakra so wouldn't really need EMS. Anyway I would rather see a slightly de powered generation dealing with challenges, you get to see more strategy employed in battles and they're cool.

And he'd be dealing with many more issues from being a clone through to the stigma of Madara's actions. He'd definitely be the best protagonist allowing for massive character development and depth to the series. Instead we're stuck with a trash lead character who serves the purpose of D Rider and cash cow.
