It technically makes her dimension level by hype considering that she was said to be able to create a dimension with that truth seeking ball. I said "by hype" because we didn't actually see her launch the ball. Now of course, the size of the dimension that she would be able to create was not specified. A dimension could range from a small pocket dimension to a whole universe that is about the size of our real life universe.
