But the gag is that she didn't have to grow like they did since part one because she was naturally super smart, super analytical, super resistant to genjutsu , super perfect at controling her chakra, and other things.

The only think she needed is the be exposed to jutsu, in a way she is exactly like Sarada the only difference is Sarada have a sharingan to explain her easy developement

if Kishi wanted he could've had all of Naruto be a dream of a unconscious Sakura who lives in the real world

Sakura lack of element and lack of jutsu is her fault for not training and learn jutsu. Naruto trained alone with weapons and asked to get trained and taught. Sasuke the same he trained alone and asked others to teach him also.

Sakura she didn’t bother training alone or ask other to train her, that is until Sasuke left the village.

Boruto doesn’t have the Sharingan yet he knows plenty of jutsu.

Sarada we see that she trains and improve her skills by working hard, something we never got to see Sakura that is until Sasuke left the village.
