I only made one thread about Madara vs Kaguya a few weeks ago and I said in that thread I can make another but with their actual powers.

This is the thread which uses their full power, no nerfs in anyway at all.

Madara has a lot going for him, and I think he could put up a fight, but he would probably lose. Naruto and Sasuke weren't even able to defeat her by normal means, they had to seal her away. Madara has no way to do that.
