She is comparing this moment to one other moment ever, in which she ate mother caramel and everyone

This is when she is out of her mind and dangerous

The straw hats aren't blown up, she's imagining it, she's not really aware of what is really going on, she's hallucinating, all the singing trees and what not aren't really there, they aren't. We know they aren't, that's a fact

When she's eating and we see totto land in her mouth, that's odas way of going into her imagination if you know what I mean. Like when it's animated the screen will go into her mouth and then we will see what's going on in her mind.

Dude, this is fully along the lines of what I think is happening... Oda has fully related the taste of the cake and the way Big Mom is feeling of when she ate Mother Caramel and the other children and that's exactly what I think is going to happen. Much represented by the graves being in her mouth is pretty much a symbol in my mind that those are the graves of the people she's about to eat.
