Hidan has feats that put him on Jonin level. Pain's summon does not it was defeated left and right by chunin level characters without displaying anything special.
Well if we go by feats, Animal Paths Simmons (which include the summons Shikamaru & Sakura took down) defeated summons that came from Mount Myōboku who are capable wide range of abilities that are well beyond anything of a chunin. But someone who thinks that CE Lee is Kage level definitely has no idea how You ranking and power levels work in NV so you should be the last person to talk here.
That was taken out of context by you and the other faps, I said his taijutsu and the gates he displayed during the chunin exams were more then good enough for him to take Kage level Chojuro & Kurotsuchi. Referencing that still doesn’t help your bs logic that I just flipped, if the summon Shikamaru took out is at a fan made chunin level then Hidan a shinobi Shikamaru took out as a chunin is also at the same level.
