Is it really worth these arguments:

How do you even define kid? Some people call their young adult children as their kids, while others may reserve the word for children less than 12. So, if you feel it's not for " kids", you are right but if you feel it's for kid even then you may be right- seeing the word itself is quite ambiguous.

Official rating for anime differs from country to country:

Reason given by Australian Council on Children
Boruto is bound to a tree and his opponents burn his torso with magic fire as he yells in pain.
During an extended battle sequence lasting 15 minutes, one of Naruto’s allies is slashed across the chest with an axe and a blood stain appears on his shirt.
In the same battle sequence, an enemy is captured and stabbed with blades of light. He struggles to escape and hurts his arm – a wound with exposed muscle and sinew appears. Blood pools around his feet and drips down a set of stairs.
In the same scene, an ally of the injured enemy uses magic to change the man into a small red fleshy lump. The ally eats the lump and transforms into a demon.
Naruto seems to be dead after he sacrifices himself to protect Boruto and Sasuke.

So Naruto Shippudden and Bortuto movie =, on an average, were rated for teenagers or within age bracket of older children, mostly because of violence and occasional nudity. But as we can see different people have slightly different opinion about exact age rating.

Not only that some of the manga's/show's rating may change as it goes on, due to the content. There is no consistency in ratings as we can see. There is no standard which will satisfy everyone. People who are comparatively de-sensitized would rate it differently than the rest. Some will be more protective of what they allow their kids to watch.

lol weebs. Its a kids movie. I fell out cause its childish as ****.
Of course it is- it meant to be for teens- if the age you claim to be is correct, I would be surprised if you thought otherwise.

Is this referring to when Momoshiki is extracting Kurama from Naruto? XD
Probably. I haven't watched the movie but some scenes from Shippuden were also described similarly. :D I couldn't find any rating for Boruto anime but genjutsu or not that headless scene will get it 12+ /PG rating at the minimum.

I still have the DVDs of the old episodes from part 1. Zabuza's arc was rated +18 and the sanin arc was rated +16. I believe the Boruto Anime will never come close to this tbh.

If death count rises and village gets demolished again, it's hard to say. If they keep it too child friendly people will be disappointed to get a "kiddy " version threat from an OP alien tribe.

18+? :lmao: :lmao: go lie somewhere else even AOT isn't 18+
Do you realize the standards were different back then when the first volumes arrived? Today they would rate Zabuza's arc +16 at the most but it was rated +18 that time. I remember watching the episode on TV the censored the hell out of it. You didn't understand what was going on :lol

Well I assume given the standards changed and the most gruesome Shippuden volumes only got +16 ratings (in my country) the Boruto Anime doesn’t need much to accomplish the same feat. Especially with nudity, cigarettes and alcohol in the focus.
