With the Byakugan activated its easy to find the vital points. Won’t even take a second.

Sakura smashes..it would be a close fight though, they are honestly very simmilair..I prefer Hinabi over Hinata any day
They are both jounin
They are both students of powerfull people (sannin/hokage, Clan leader)
They both have specialized in six path era jutsu
Sakura, because with Kutsuyo, there is really nothing that air palm can do to stop her
Even without Kutsuyo she can use hundred healings to replenish her chakra...
