And also if you are putting part 1 Sakura against a Hyugga to fight, like hanabi or Hinata.
They actually lose, because they cant rotate and sakura is pretty ruthless. Very few of K11 memeber had an actual counter to Sakura's Kunai Body Flicker Subtitution Jutsu, and Sakura is significantly smarter than any hyugga.

No Hyugga is avoiding this without rotation, 3 Ninja were having trouble capturing her, and Sakura speed and execution of this jutsu was nigh instant. She was literally swaping places with the log, she did amenotejikara first.

Neji was on another level, part 1 Hinata hasn't shown any skills to be able to beat Sakura. The GF style she fought Neji with who was playing with her is strictly a GF fight. For standard fighting you need Neji's style used against Naruto, suerflous Hinata doesn't have such a style she only excels in the art of serving Tea at that point in time. Sakura being nothing special still fodderises her.
