Because they would be too OP.
People love to say how they would go down from a speed blitz but this isn't the case, especially with the future Sarada.
Let me ask you all something, would win a fight, A master martial artist or a knife-wielding track star. Foot speed isn't everything, just know that the have to stop to attack, leaving themselves open. And all you need is one hit.
Sakura reflexes are pretty much top-tier, Sasori when he gave hype referencing sharp eyes, even in the chunin exams an aloof Sakura analyzed the entire situation subconsciously and counteracted a genjutsu, and at the same moment Sasuke made a claim that her eyes where sharper than anyones on the team, he had 2t at the time. And the manga supports this.
She was even able to blitz NEjisu while sitting down in a chair, writing her paper, the knife was literally an inch away from her neck
And even know her reflexes are on par with GodSuke and Goruto as she was able to read and react to the same attacks they were, which where "to damn fast"
This is likely why both Sakura and Tsuande have a 5 in taijutsu now. Even though Tsunade doesn't care a fights recklessly because she is nigh immortal, and I haven't seen anything anayltical from the Green brow crew, they just have speed and brawn.
Sarada is an obvious candidate of this because she literally has an analytical eye. And it said so in boruto.
Boruto saying this proves my entire thread correctly, Boruto is a speedster, but his mind isn't in sync with it so his eye and reflexes cant keep up, Kakashi had this same issue. And Sarada has shown to have keen eyes in base as well. It's probably a genjutsu type thing, because Kurenai reflexes where pretty good against Itachi, she just lacked the phyhsical prowess to counter.
