The Hyūga are above commoners praising them. The Hokage is mentioned because he's the leader. Mrs. Future Uzumaki's "mother" is mentioned for her to somehow stay relevant, nothing more.

Unlike you I’m not putting stock in to a fanfictional institutionalized marriage between Sarada & Boruto, it holds no relevance to the plot or their progression of characters. You spreading this fan fiction combined with wishful thinking is nothing but a distraction and it’s killing the chances for actual knowledge based discussions.
