Byakugou does give you a power boost. It certainly boosted Obito's Kamui abilities.
But the damage of overusing his MS was still there.

We can only assume things now there is no clear evidence.

This is flase, Sakura simply made sure obito didn't run out of chakra, She chakra didn't even effect his eyes, just the jutsu. Obito eye bleed because she was straining himself, if he possessed the byakugou naturally it would've been a breeze.
Its tsuande can program hers to stay young, Sarada could program hers to allow constant usage of Mangekyo Sharingan.

It wasn't a natural chakra boost, if you look at the scan, Sakura is literally pouring probably tailed beast levels into Obito in a split second, it caused them both strain.

In that instance it was more so the strain of Obito using Kamui to open Kaguya's portal's which was far away. In Sarada's case she won't need to do anything that drastic.

It would only increase her reserves, and nothing more. Her chakra is nothing like Hashirama's chakra. She'd lose her "light" regardless of how much chakra she stores up with the byakugo.

Byakugou could heal injuries but I don't think MS overuse and the user's going blind gradually is considered an injury so doubt it'll make any difference there.

Obito continuously used Kamui with no eye difficulty....if I have a injury in hand and person A's cells were put in that wound and my injury got cured and person C in the future made a technique which person A himself used to to regenerate injuries of all kinds......and took my "injury" along with the technique will person C suffer from the injury I suffered......? It's not really an issue, she's like Indra the original child of a sage of 6 paths. Her chakra and relationship to Sasuke is like Indra's to Hogaromo and she'll likely have an MS that doesn't go blind because of it. It's power will also likely be at Indra's level which was only countered by RSM.

OP: What you suggest is theoretically possible, dependant on the damage they receive the constant use of Byakugou would make them useless.

Well, Madara did refer to Tsunade's Byakugou as "Hashirama's Healing", which is what allowed Obito to use and abuse his Mangekyou like he did. Presumably, it would work on greatly minimizing the damage, but I don't know if it would outright negate it.

o yeh, and it would be a really bad combination. The type of healing Tsunade and Sakura use is just accelerated mitosis and cells only divide a finite number of times. It could easily make the issue of being blind go into not having eyes at all.

One thing has nothing to do with the other.

He couldn't use Kamui because he was out of chakra and Sakura shared some with him through the Byakugou.

OT: maybe, it may prevent the blindness or it may not prevent the blindness, as Reviewing Logic said, it is untredded territory. It also depends on whether Ikemoto wants to go down the route of MS+Byakugou combo or not.

I'm not really sure if Sarada will have Byakugou in the future, because for her to have it, she'd have to stay 3 years without using chakra (storing it on the seal), which I highly doubt it'll happen.
