Byakugo is akin to a sentient creature.....the chakra acts like a different organism (you dont seal your own chakra in a pot if it's not dangerous for your brethen..) much like the Kyuubi.......There is a difference between CES and Byakugo...the fact Byakugo is not chakra enhanced strength but CES is: Byakugo is an "external organism" which gives user multitudes of strength if said organism is "fed" chakra for a long time.........it's akin to Susanoo...which takes cell energy in behalf of fighting fot user....DB says Susanoo has soul....Byakugo is obviously somewhat similar to that.
