Was Sasuke vs Kinshiki even good?

I think the fight is overrated. it's so fast i couldn't understand what's happening in the fight. even though the animation was good in it .it wasn't enough to satisfy me. I hope the anime version will take it slow so that we can a least understand what the fk is going on.

That's cuz you linked 60 fps version. I remember having the exact same feeling about it, when I first time watched 60 fps ver on yt. Movie, and all the leaked previews before movie were in 30 fps. Even original versions were hard to understand in the beginning. 60 fps is too much for this scene tbh.

The movie version contradicts manga version in some ways ... In the movie version Sasuke had the upper hand ... In manga Kinshiki almost killed him (no offense) ...
Also , Sasuke was nerfed in that battle ; He only used Ameno and Chidori ... I'd like to see him use PS and Enton , too .
So I agree with you ... The anime must cover at least half of Sasuke's arsenal with more details of the fight .

Uchiha using Susanoo is cop out since Kishi gave it to so many characters. Sasuke spent most of his fights power camping his chakra avatar and spamming enton, like he didn't have any other moves.

Enton/Amaterasu was nerfed once Kishi gave it to Sasuke. Too many shinobi escaped the unavoidable flames and blind Madara literally shrugged, to make amaterasu stop burning him.

Seems like a weak argument given you could make case for that on most of the best Naruto fights around.

Animation and fight choreography are everything to me in the anime, especially when we have usually have mangas to fall back on if it’s too fast too follow. Sumire fight was ok, too short. The Buntan fight had cool things in it, but looked like shit. And the shizuma fight was an attempt at epic, and it turned out ok. The sasuke one is short as well but it’s the opening fight of the movie. Plus you can not like it, but you can’t deny it looked slick as f ck

That's something I really dislike in longer ongoing stories; when villains only lose because they were 5 minutes late to the party.

Akatsuki would have won 2 years earlier.

Pain would have won 1 week earlier.

Obito would have won 1 day earlier.

Madara would have won 2 minutes earlier.

etc.

The fact that any of these Ootsutsuki would have won just by going to earth a little bit earlier (they had like 1000 years, right?) makes me lose so much interest.
