Gaaras still kage tier and I think most of them he would give a descent fight but currently he's outclassed by them but who knows what he's gained over the timeskip that might change my opinion because we are comparing teenage gaara to adults.

The problem is most of these combatants are both fast and close range fighters; both of which Gaara is weak against. He has a strong defense so that will keep him in the game a bit. But the longer the fight goes on the worse it is for Gaara. He’s my top 3 fav from the old gen but the odds are just against him with each one.

His best shot is against Oonoki but like Minamoto stated he can mess with his Sand so that’s bad.

1. PS, genjutsu, meteors, limbo and several other things wreck Gaara and his sand.

2. Kamui makes his sand about useless.

3. Dust release destroys Gaara and absolute defense on a molecular level.

4. Minato is too fast for him. Strong enough rasengans can also break through the sand.

5. Just watch the Boruto movie (or read the manga version).

He doesn't lose all possible matchups. Just the ones that you listed (along with several others​). There are several people in the shinobi world that Gaara beats though.
