It was indicated in part 1without going into much detail. If memory serves me correctly Hiruzen sealed the 2 Kage the Shadow clones disappeared and the seals appeared on his real body.

Not discounting Kurama’s knowledge, but Naruto is actually better in this field. Kurama has been the Bijuu of several different jins through the centuries and has seen(and participated)in many different battles. But he has never really been the one calling the shots. His combat experience comes in the form of knowledge and history which is where people are mixing Naruto’s battle sense to his knowledge.
Fact is Kurama has never really formed a plan for Naruto at all. All the battle feats came from Naruto. Kurama offered insight of techs used against him, additional chakra and varying ways of using them in tandem with his own(Naruto’s) abilities.
Think back. Those few times Kurama took control of Naruto there were never any formulaic plans, feints, or baits. It was all rage, destruction and overwhelming chakra attacks.

You ignore salamander saying Kiba is battle smarter than Naruto with no proof.
Also, not to take away from Kurama but:
we do not know who plan it was to gather NE.
Naruto tried to combine the two previously but Kurama stated he didn’t want to share space with the toad.
Everyone was fighting the juubi.
Kurama is above Naruto in battle smarts due to his experiences. This edges Naruto out.
But this doesn’t mean Naruto can’t hold his own in battle tactics
I don’t understand how people underrate one then praise the other and be biased.

Kurama analyzed Kamui and threw Kakashi into Obito's Kamui but gave him enough chakra so he could leave whenever he wanted to. > Kurama's battle feat.
No Kurama stating that he didn't want to share space with a toad was the reason why Naruto's SM had a time limit. It had nothing to do with Naruto combining Kurama’s chakra with sage mode. Kurama only reminded him that Naruto did so against Nagato by accident. You got facts mixed up here.
Everyone was fighting the juubi. Yes. But Kurama was the leader as Kakashi stated so himself during that fighting scene.
With that being said I only wanted to disprove Umari's statement. I do know that Naruto is battle smart. No bashing was intented in my post. I apologize if it looked that way.

Did you actually read my statement. I just mentioned that. Nowhere did I state Kurama wasntvsnart. To the contrary I said he has extensive knowledge and Intel. Barring the, what, 3 feats out of how many battles you just mentioned, the implementation was all Naruto. let’s review:

What you took from it was me praising Naruto where credit is due, got upset, thought I was dissing Kurama and had to reply with a snark reply.
I’m not discounting Kurama’s contribution at all but you may be underestimating Naruto’s combat sense because he is suppose to be the typical dumb heroic protagonist figure.

Nowhere did I mention anything about Naruto's battle smartness. I saw you typing all battle feats came from Naruto and my post was directed to that statement alone. I guess wasn't clear enough.
I just wanted to prevent you from discrediting Kurama's battle feats because he obviously has insane battle feats. Again, I know for a fact that Naruto is battle smart. He wouldn't have survived that long against Kaguya only by himself if it wasn't the case.

It’s not off topic. He said Naruto’s battle smart wasn’t great and on par with Kiba which is on topic on gauging Kurama and Naruto.
He’s wrong on that end. All the feats aren’t from Naruto. Some are Naruto, some are Kurama. Some are them working together where it’s Kurama providing insight and Naruto executing based off that information.
I believe Kurama edges him out.
Kurama gathering NE isn’t conclusive on who thought of this. Naruto was fully aware of what was happening as with Kurama. I will give the benefit of doubt as concede that Kurama thought of this.
It does. Naruto was going to use Kurama’s chakra to extend the time. Kurama rejected it. Which that being said it’s obvious in kcm/bm that he wouldn’t think he could combine the two without it being rejected again.
You said Kurama was literally fighting the juubi as if everyone else wasn’t. No one is denying him leading. Him and gyuki knows their siblings and the sage’s power better than anyone.

That’s an odd one, kurama takes it in straight forward battle tactics I’d say. Narutos “battle smarts” mainly come from his unorthodox style to approaching his fights

And again I don't care who planned to gather all the natural energy. Kurama performed this plan so it's his feats regardless of this plan being Naruto's idea by any chance.
And I wasn't intenting to leave everyone else out of the Juubi fight. It was barely my intention to prove that Kurama is actively involved in battles.
Anyways, I cleared up the misconception with Umari already so there is nothing to discuss honestly. I was never bashing or discrediting Naruto's battle sense so idk why I'm getting accused for it lol.

Kurama has generations of battle experience and knowledge since Hagoromo's era which he could always fallback to and make wiser decisions than what Naruto could do in a similar situation given his relatively short existence and severely limited knowledge of the same compared to Kurama's but Naruto has been shown to be quite good with battle tactics based on how he handled Pein and VoTE 2 fight where he managed to exhaust Sasuke and gain the upper hand even while fighting being severely restricted by his intent to save Sasuke and not kill him.
