I know a lot of people began to hate Sasuke when he left the village. Here are some reasons why it actually was good that he left the village.
1. If Sasuke didn't go he wasn't so strong as he is now. He is way stronger and this may help him in his future life.
2. Naruto had a goal, he must save Sasuke no matter what! To achieve this goal he had to become stronger. Also, Sakura had to do this. Remember back in the academy days when everybody called Sakura useless? Then she trained hard enough to become strong to actually DO something. Sasuke did ''motivate'' them.
3. Sasuke relieved Itachi of his pain. We all know Itachi didn't show everything he had in that battle but still... Itachi was carrying a lot of burdens: The village's secrets, the Uchiha's secrets, his secrets, a lie to Sasuke and the pain. When Itachi died in that fight he finally was ''free''.
4. Sasuke could hear the true story about Itachi. When he did he killed Danzo. I mean.... say a problem that happened in the anime and I'm sure 80% of the times it's Danzo's fault.
I just made this thread because I couldn't stand it that everybody says it was a dumb choice of Sasuke to do what he did. And Sasuke solo's<3
