Restrictions: Minato FTG or variants so he can't run away(figuratively speaking), Itachi MS restricted so he doesn't solo.

Who wins and why?

Minato is at an unfavourable position. Itachi can control long range with genjutsu as per shikaku ao without being detected. And they didnt mention anything about MS either.

Itachi could potentially solo that way.


Itachi is also superior in CQC. He effortlessly paced with KCM Naruto while holding back and his edo body didnt crack because of naruto's punches strength.

His speed is too much for minato. In his blind death bed he reacted to lightning fast shuriken and Kirin which is light speed.


Minato's feats dont come close.




Since ftg is restricted minato will literally have the hardest time of his life here, bro.

Just the sharingan doesn't make Itachi invincible. Itachi's MS is what always gave him the edge against higher tier opponents. Besides if Minato is serious and about to fight a death match he also has the SM and his summonings which gives him a huge advantage over Itachi. Not to mention that he could always summon Maa and Paa and could have an endless supply of NE and thus maintain his SM for a very long time.

Itachi's 3T genjutsu would be a piece of cake for Minato to break out of and with SM and Maa and Paa around Minato basically one shots Itachi with sound genjutsu.

FTG alone didn't contribute to Minato's speed. His shunshin too was very fast combined with his superior reflex which saw through Ay fastest attack and reacted in an instant. Fact is his FTG combined with his superior shunshin is what allowed him to take down platoon of ninjas in an instant. Even the likes of Tobirama acknowledged Minato's shunshin speed.

I simply don't see a scenario where Itachi could even touch Minato in his perfect SM mode. Itachi simply has no chance to win this.
