Speed is always weird when comparing characters that were quick in part 1.. Zabazu really wasn't all that strong imo either. Silent killing is useless vs Suigestu and neither of them can actually harm him. Jugo may have sensing abilities to seek them out too.

We got to see the reanimated Haku and Zabuza fight in the war arc, though. I'd assume that their speeds and whatnot alive were equivalent to their speeds reanimated.
