Raiga was the only anime origenal charater to ever be added into the manga. he was rectconed with the manga and boruto anime (2 times) into the main story.

Also he was the 1st user of the Lighting armor predating the Raikage.

Buntan talking about wanting to rampage is what Ameyuri does.

Raiga was a thing before the 3rd was even a thought. and was around the time when Might Guy was a young boy. that is at least 300 epsiodes of filler worth.

A 3 died while B was a kid and B's even older than Gai, and by the way, what you're referencing is filler. Raiga never met Gai. I'm not even going to dignify your alt accusation with a response.
