I think that it's going to cause parallels if Ao strikes Boruto's eye. Right eye is lost, and we know Boruto loses his right eye.

Ao lost his eye to a Hyuuga, Boruto is a Hyuuga.

Almost poetic if it happens.

That would give that "Byakugan Killer" moniker a whole new meaning. :lol

I would like it to be the case, but I don't think its gonna happen, at least now now, since I do believe the Hitai-ate he's using against Kawaki is Sasuke's, and the scar on his eye extends over to the metal too.

But who knows, maybe I'm wrong.

Boruto's normal eye is probably gone, but we don't know about the Dojutsu. It doesn't need a normal eye to exist.

In case with Kakashi, he lost his normal eye, but never had a Dojutsu hidden underneath it. So who knows.

That would give that "Byakugan Killer" moniker a whole new meaning. :lol

Maybe. As someone else said it could be a misdirection. The gadget over his eye looks like more than a simple eye patch.

I don't see him getting his scar this early I think it will happen in the end of part 1
