Naruto WAS NOT FLYING in episode 47 of boruto. Unless you also think he was flying during the boruto movie when he and Sasuke rushed Momoshiki or during the last at some point fighting against toneri on the moon, or way back before he even met with hagoromo
when he repelled those bijudamas, or when he clashed with raikage. For all of the feats mentioned, Naruto only used kurama. The fact of the matter is that the power of kurama allows naruto to thrust himself forward.

The juubi jinchuriki powers that he said was because of six paths senjutsu; TSB, flight...etc. was actually via Yin/Yang release and not Six paths senjutsu, which even Kakashi obtained at one point.

Kakashi didn't get any Rikudo related abilities from it like Naruto and Sasuke, just an upgraded version of Obito's MS powers (the usual senjutsu enhancement, only stronger) and the ability to fight against an opponent with six paths senjutsu.

Naruto has already shown to have used Rikudo senjutsu without the bijuu chakra when he first clashed against Rikudo Madara, that's why his Rikudo chakra isn't dependant on the bijuu chakra like he said.

Yes, the Juubi Jinchuriki did obtain six paths senjutsu when they became the host of the juubi, but your not understanding why that logic is flawed, since there were other people that also had six paths senjutsu that was clearly unable to use flight.

Plus, Naruto has already shown to use six paths senjutsu without the need to use the power of the nine bijuu when he first went up against Madara.

That's why it's only logical to assume that there has to be another common factor other than six paths senjutsu between those who have shown the ability to fly and that is the power of the bijuu.

Only the people who have obtained the nine bijuu chakra, either in the form of the Juubi or in separate parts have obtained TSB and had the ability to fly.

So, the reason why I think that yin/yang release is the reason for Naruto's flight was because that was what he obtained after he used the power of the nine bijuu. He received the TSB and even casually used yin/yang release to create a new eye for Kakashi.

If it was just six paths senjutsu, then Sasuke and Kakashi would've had the same abilities as Naruto, Obito and Madara.

I thought Kakashi was crediting the fact that his Kamui Shuriken actually hurt Kaguya to his surprise. I haven’t read it in a few years but I think that was the context but I could be wrong.
