I keep telling myself that there is something like a reincarnation or some sort of afterlife. I personally hope it's the latter so I can meet my family again. The former is like starting over, seperated from everyone you loved in your past life which is a thought I can't bear. But hey at least you don't cease to exist, right?

I'm not sure what you mean if your asking how I feel with depression, there's times I get down but I fundamentally believe things will work out in the end which allows me to move forward.

If you mean how do I deal with inner struggle of existential wuestions of life my position was always looking for truth even if I didn't like what it was but in general it's a good principle to listen and constantly wuestion yourself.

Not really but I have the feeling when I realize that life will never be fair and that any terrible thing can happen at any random day without warning or without a purpose behind it and this is annoying.

Live in the moment and be happy that you got the chance to live. Place your satisfaction on small wins day by day and don't dwell on what could happen that hasn't happen yet.

As long as there is life, there is potential.

The cure for depression is daily remembering people worse off than you and being thankful for the blessings God bestows upon you.

-You're paying high mortgage, but others out there are homeless. So thank God you have a shelter.

-You're eating food that tastes bad or causes health problem, but others are either shortage food supply or famine. So thank God for the food and water you have.

The list goes on. There is a saying that, a problem is only as big as you make them out to be. There is truth and wisdom to it.
