I'm...surprisingly pleased at this. It seems ridiculously obvious now, but the original Naruto anime could've gained a lot by simply replacing a lot of its filler with whatever the other teams taking separate missions. Sure, it wouldn't have been ideal, and might still come off as filler-ish, but it might've resulted in a more fleshed out cast than what we ultimately got. Like, for example, I would've been pretty interested to see the B-Ranked mission Gaara went on as a Genin, very briefly mentioned by Kabuto. More so than Naruto fighting the fish people or whatever.

I wish the Anime could've put alot of time and dedication on training sequences rather than to spend unnecessary time on random SOL episodes that doesn't really amount to anything. SP had many opportunities to explain how Sarada attain Fire Style, Boruto purple Lightning/ Water style and Mitsuki new lightning jutsu.

I'm not sure what's going on. There's a huge LACK of character development going on...it's like they've SKIPPED a very important part.Just random elemental jutsus thrown out there, like they're JONIN level.

They haven’t even shown those feats in the anime yet.. wait I haven’t even been watching but I’m pretty sure they haven’t yet. But they showed the gradual process of Boruto learning wind style w/ gale palm so I’m sure they’ll make time for the rest
