I believe she did learn this on her own. There was that one panel showing her in her room throwing Shuriken at a target on her wall. She probably heard her uncle was good at it and had some natural talent with Shuriken. So a little practice and she became exceptional at it.
She probably learned evasion skills and CES from her mom and the rest picked up as she went.
There's nothing that shows Sakura ever trained her based on what i've picked up from the anime. While I would like this to be the case the anime tends to flow into the manga with this one so idk if they will keep it that way.
But I am kinda disappointed that portray Sakura in the anime to leave Sarada to herself to train knowing she grew up with not much help until later on which held her back..
I believe Sakura has never trained Sarada because CES is literally the only thing from Sakura that Sarada has in her arsenal. No medical ninjutsu, no poison stuff, only CES.
Sarada was stated to have awakened her Sharingan at a very young age (I believe around 3 or 4 years old, when Sasuke left):

Having the Sharingan at such a young age, she might have unconsciously copied the move from Sakura.
Look at Sakura's reaction when she first saw Sarada using CES:

She looked extremely surprised, like Sarada had never used CES in front of her before.
Besides, no indications that Sakura trained Sarada were shown, so yeah, I pretty much believe that Sarada learned all of that stuff on her own.

That's is the way Sakura was trained by tsuande .
Tsuande wasn't hands one with her in anything but taijutsu, the rest she left up to Sakura herself because she could apply her knowledge and chakra control to put a jutsu together. Which is basically what Sarada has soon, atleast from my pov
I Think she learned from Sakura too, how ever idk if she fully learned alot from her when it comes to medical. we all know each team suppose to have a medical ninja so im assuming she has to be the one due to her having alot of intel from sakura, but she hasn't shown the mystical palm justu yet. she sprayed something on he sensei face lol
I agree that Sarada should learn medical ninjutsu. Even if she is predominantly a combat type she can still use medical ninjutsu for offense. This has a ton of untapped potential for her character to leave her mark and not just be a Sasuke or Sakura clone. Im hoping for a medic sage mode from shikkotsu forest!
